establish responsibility for arbitrary disconnection from heat supply network of domestic central heating systems;
delegate authorities of the central body of executive power in the sphere of heat supply regarding adjustment of heat supply schemes to the local bodies of executive power; etc.
The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the laws “On Heat Supply” and “On Housing and Communal Services”.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which, they believe, will secure efficient functioning of the system of heat supply and uninterrupted provision of central heating and central hot water supply services.
